Banana & Chocolate Jam

A ripe Cavendish banana has a creamy texture along with a sweet and distinct flavour that is unique and incomparable to anything else. It is mixed with 70% dark chocolate which has tasting notes of bitterness and sweetness combined with a fruity and roasted cocoa aroma. With the addition of amaretto and it’s sweet marzipan flavour from apricot kernels, the final concoction is amplified exponentially to give you a jam that is bursting with a multitude of flavours.
